Newly decorated and renovated, modern and clean. Brand new kitchen/bathroom, comfy furniture. Very dog-friendly and cosy. Plenty of heaters for cooler days. Everything included - towels, bedding, kitchen essentials. Perfect location for beach walks.

We had an excellent family holiday at Modern Airy Chalets. The beach, just an 8-minute walk away, was very family-friendly with plenty of space to play. The location was great, with pubs nearby and easy access to Yarmouth and Hemsby by bus. The chalets were newly decorated and renovated, with a modern and clean feel. The kitchen and bathroom were brand new, the bedrooms had new furniture, and there were two comfy sofas. The property was also very dog-friendly, with plenty of heaters for cooler days. Everything we needed was included, from towels and bedding to kitchen utensils. The area around the chalets was perfect, surrounded by grassy areas and close to the clubhouse and swimming pool. it was a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay.

The chalet had all necessary amenities and ample storage. Freeview TV and clean swimming pool were great. Convenient grocery store and reasonably priced fish and chips on-site. Close to beaches and Broads. No washing line, but not a big deal.

We had a great time at the chalet and it had everything we needed. the storage was excellent, allowing us to unpack and feel organized. the kitchen was well, equipped and the TV with freeview was a nice addition for our evening entertainment. the cleanliness of the chalet was top, notch and there were plenty of towels provided. the free access to the swimming pool was definitely a bonus, as it was new, clean, and a great size. We also found the little grocery store on site to be very convenient and well, stocked. the fish and chip shop had delicious food at reasonable prices. Parking was also convenient, located just a few meters from the chalet. The location of the park itself was very handy, with easy access to the beaches and proximity to the Broads. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

We had a great family holiday in a beautiful location. the beach was just a short walk away, perfect for family fun. the nearby pubs were a nice addition, and the bus stop right outside the park made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. We especially loved the spaciousness of the chalets and the ample cupboard space for our belongings.

There were a few things that didn't meet our expectations. Despite being told there was WiFi available, we found that there was none.

One drawback was that the chalet didn't have a porch or outdoor table and chairs, even though it was shown in the picture. Additionally, we had to find £1 coins for electricity, which was a bit inconvenient as we didn't have cash and couldn't find a cash machine on site.

We were disappointed to find that there was no WiFi as promised. Despite the owner's attempt to help by providing a router code, there was no router in the premises.

I must say, we got excellent value for money here! The room was clean, well-finished, and had everything we needed, including towels and cookware. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a massive plus. The location was great, with all the amenities we needed within a 2-minute walk, and the host was very communicative. it was a pleasure staying here.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe adding some more variety to the options would have been nice.
